Group Counseling
Intuitive Eating Groups for Teens and Adults:
Join us for ten sessions to learn how to make peace with food once and for all. Intuitive Eating classes are designed around a proven method for listening to your body's wisdom, breaking out of the diet mentality and re-learning how to enjoy food again. You will learn to take control of your eating habits and free yourself from dangerous and debilitating diet, eating and exercise syndromes. Separate teen and adult groups are available
The cost is $55/2hr session, $495 ($55 savings if paid in advance) If you have any questions or would like to sign up for group, please contact me.
